Thing 18 - Web-Based Applications

I tried Zoho Writer and found it very easy to use because so many of the features are the same as Microsoft Word. I also tried Google Docs. I like the fact that it is similar to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Several years ago, purchased the Microsoft package for my home computer so I could take work home. With the new web-based applications, it probably won't be necessary for people to do this in the future.

Below is my first test document using Zoho Writer. I used the "publish" option to post it to my blog.

TEST DOCUMENT

This is the first document that I have ever created with the ZOHO Writer.  The ZOHO Writer seems to be very similar to Word.  As a result, it is very easy to use.  I like the fact that it can be used on any computer, without the need to download special software.
